For anyone who travels with sustainability in mind, good news for guests of the Shangri-La. The Group is committed to waste management and plastic reduction on a global scale.
It is the first hotel in Sydney to do away with plastic keys, opting for wooden cards instead – which can be personalised. Horizon Club guests will notice the hotel has kicked plastic bottles to the curb, instead of stocking Just Water, the brainchild of Will Smith’s son Jaden. The Shangri-La has also introduced paperless check-in and check-out to do replace paperwork. BRAVO!
